IRG Assessment

IRG has developed an AI-driven assessment tool based on over 25 years of research and best practices from what drives maximum ability to influence, forecast, and grow within unpredictable environments.

Background

We INCREASINGLY live in a world characterized by an imbalance among key democratic constituencies:

  1. Governments

  2. Corporations

  3. Media

  4. and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs)

Among these four pillars, the public impression of competence and influence, and the respect it engenders, has tilted in favor of corporations.

The New CEO Normal:

81%

of CEOs are expected to be personally visible when discussing public policy with external stakeholders or work their company has done to benefit society.

76%

of CEOs are expected to inform policy on jobs and the economy.

56%

of people believe that capitalism today does more harm than good in the world.
