Fernando Napolitano
President & CEO
Fernando joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 1990 becoming Senior Vice President, Italy’s managing director and member of the European management team. He specialized in telecom and energy industries. He served as independent member of the board of directors of Enel S.p.A., Mediaset S.p.A., CIRA (Italian Aerospace Research Center), AMRI, Albany, New York. Previously he worked for Procter & Gamble Marketing division in Rome and Laben, a Leonardo company.
He graduated with honors in Economy from Federico II University in Naples, Italy, MSM from Brooklyn Poly (now NYU), AMP from Harvard Business School.

Emma is a Strategic Advisor specializing in the grey area where customer businesses and emerging technology overlap. She has been working in this space helping clients developing new goals, launch new businesses, and make the most of the new things popping up, for ~20 years. Emma has worked on a broad range of industries, and from seed-stage start-ups to Fortune 10 companies.
She is an accomplished international speaker and thought leader on new technology + experience driven growth. In her downtime she loves to cook, travel, entertain, and anything to do with crafting arts. If she can combine these things with work, then even better.
